Preparing for AZ Departure - Revised 03/02/10

If you plan to depart Arizona for an extended period of time and you wish to take advantage of our once a year "put your service on vacation mode" offer ($25.00 Deactivation/Activation service fee charged when you deactivate) which stops your monthly billing during your absence.  To qualify for this program, the only requirement is that you activate and pay for your service a minimum of 3 months every 12 months.

1) Email us at accounting@azci.net or call us at 866-701-FAST (3278) to let us know when you are departing.

2) On the day of departure, unplug the power supply that feeds our antenna from the electrical outlet.  It is also a very good idea for you to unplug ALL of your valued electronic devices from their respective outlets. The summer time monsoons, accompanied by lightning, will often destroy electronics which are left powered on.

3) When you return, simply plug in your power supplies, and give us a call to reactivate your service.  If you do not return and reactivate your service by March 31st of the following year, we will remove our equipment and bill you $30 for the power kit.

Note: If you are uncertain about returning to Arizona, simply share that with us when you call. You will be instructed to put our power kit in a plastic bag, outside your front door.  One of our technicians will collect the power supply and the antenna.  If you then decide to return to Arizona, please try to give us three (3) weeks advanced notice of your return date so that you do not have to wait for a hook up date. There will be a $50 fee for each reactivation using this method.
